Description:   Caption: Ibuprofen crystals. Ibuprofen is a popular a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve the symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhoea, pyrexia and acute or chronic pain where there is an inflammatory component. It is widely marketed under various trade names including Advil, Motrin and Nuprin.
